Every Royal Step pair is made in small batches with care, then wrapped in our keepsake gift box and shipped straight to you.

When will my pair arrive?

Please allow 3–4 weeks from your order date for delivery.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email you a tracking number the moment your order ships.

Can I order more than one colorway?

Yes. Add as many pairs as you like and mix colorways in one order. Everything ships together.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before your pair ships.
