Where is my Royal Step pair?

Every pair is made in small batches, wrapped in our keepsake gift box, then shipped straight to you. Please allow 3–4 weeks from your order date for delivery.

Your tracking number

We email you a tracking number the moment your pair ships. Look for the shipping confirmation email from Royal Step, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

Track it

Paste your tracking number into 17track.net. It reads almost every carrier.

Tracking hasn't updated?

The first scan can take 2–3 days to appear after your pair ships. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
