When will my order arrive? +

Royal Step is a pre-order drop. Your pair goes into production when the drop closes, so please allow 3–4 weeks from your order date for delivery. We email you a tracking number the moment your pair ships.

How do the sizes run? +

Royal Step comes in US women's sizes 5 to 11. If you're between sizes or love wearing thick socks, we recommend sizing up.

Do they come gift-ready? +

Every pair arrives in the cream-and-gold Royal Step keepsake box, wrapped in crown-print tissue and sealed with a wax crest. No extra wrapping needed.

Can I wear them outside? +

Yes. The chunky platform sole is made for sidewalks, school runs and snow days. Spot clean the suede-feel upper with a soft cloth and let it air dry.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order? +

Message us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before your pair goes into production.
